JW Realty & Consulting Limited is a Nairobi-based, data-centric real estate consultancy serving high-end investors, developers and lenders. We provide independent asset valuation, investment agency, technical due diligence, lease and income audit, portfolio and facilities management, and professional training — all delivered to RICS Red Book and IVS standards under Kenya’s Valuers Act (Cap. 532) and Estate Agents Act (Cap. 533).
How are professional fees determined?
Valuation fees follow the gazetted Valuers’ scale under the Valuers Act (Cap. 532); agency fees follow the Estate Agents (Remuneration) Rules under Cap. 533. Our online fee estimator computes both scales instantly and exports a letterhead PDF estimate. Fees are exclusive of VAT at 16%, and disbursements are based on the particulars of the assignment.

Do you work with international investors entering Kenya and Africa?
Yes. We act for local and international investors, funds and family offices evaluating Kenyan and African real estate. Our work is benchmarked to international standards (RICS, IVS, ISO, GRI) precisely so that cross-border investment committees can rely on it, and we coordinate with legal and tax advisers across the transaction.
Can you support a development project end-to-end?
We support developers from site acquisition through to operations: land and feasibility valuation, technical due diligence, market evidence for financing, lease structuring and income audit, and facilities management once the asset is producing. One evidence base carries through the whole lifecycle.
