Our Story

Disciplined property advice, grounded in evidence

Incorporated in Nairobi in 2017, JW Realty & Consulting Limited is a data-centric real estate consultancy headquartered at Mpaka House, Westlands. We serve high-end investors, developers, lenders and funds making significant property decisions in Kenya and across Africa — bringing evidence where the market often offers opinion.

Our practice is consistently anchored in Kenyan legislation — the Valuers Act (Cap. 532), the Estate Agents Act (Cap. 533), the Land Act (2012), the Land Registration Act (2012), the Sectional Properties Act (2020), the Physical and Land Use Planning Act and the Data Protection Act (2019) — and benchmarked against international frameworks including the RICS Red Book, the International Valuation Standards (IVS), ISO quality standards and GRI sustainability reporting.
